Join the Lake Orlando Homeowners Association
We are a registered voluntary HOA, committed to promoting a sense of community spirit, working together for the common benefit of all neighbors, and assisting with problems that affect the general betterment of the neighborhood.
To join the Lake Orlando HOA please complete the membership application. If you prefer, you can download a printable version and submit a physical copy with your payment.
The Board will review your application, once your membership is approved you’ll be invited to pay the dues.

This goes into a fund managed by our Board and is used to fund projects that serve and nurture our community.
Membership + Boat Dock

Membership and one key to the boat dock. Note that only trolling motors are allowed on the lake.

We welcome all donations! Funds will be managed by the Board and used to further the mission of the LOHOA in supporting the community.
