Over the years many multi-family developments have enriched the diversity of our neighborhood.

1.81 Square Miles

Rosemont is a small suburban neighborhood, situated just over 6 miles from the center of downtown Orlando.

We are a registered voluntary HOA that is committed to promoting a sense of community spirit, working together for the common benefit of all neighbors, and assisting with problems that affect the general betterment of the neighborhood.

Anyone can apply to be a member of the HOA. Members can apply for lake access through our boat ramp which has been generously donated as a means of fundraising. All funds received are managed by the HOA Board and used to further our mission.

We are always in need of Volunteers and searching for our next Board Member.
