A Tour of Our Neighborhood

The Lake Orlando Homeowner’s Association is a registered voluntary HOA that is committed to promoting a sense of community spirit, working together for the common benefit of all neighbors, and assisting with problems that affect the general betterment of the neighborhood.

Rosemont is a diverse suburb of Orlando, nestled between Pine Hills, Lockhart and College Park. We enjoy easy access to highways and public transit, peaceful parks and green spaces and a resourceful community center.

Membership

Membership dues are managed by the Lake Orlando Homeowner’s Association (LOHOA) Board and are used to fund community events, maintenance, projects, and the growth of LOHOA. Upgraded membership is available and provides access to the Lake Orlando boat ramp. Non-residents of Rosemont and surrounding areas may apply as “Friends of the Association”, they also qualify for Upgraded Membership.
