The City of Orlando (per HOA board member request) quickly got on the problem and marked the problem sections where roots had pushed up the sidewalk creating a hazard. Next, the department put a coat of asphalt over the roots improving the situation. The sidewalk was torn out and replaced with a cement sidewalk. Sidewalk repairs completed between Lake Orlando Pkwy and Lake Breeze Drive on westside of road. This was previously an asphalt sidewalk in Rosemont.
